Mr. Mohammed A. Al Kharusi is currently the Group Chief Investment Officer of Mohsin Haider Darwish (MHD) LLC. He has been the Chairman of Special Oilfield Services since April 2016 and holds Board positions in various companies engaged in business sectors such as aviation, tourism, oil and gas, manufacturing, education, logistics, pharmaceutical, construction, financing and non-banking financial institution. He is also an active Board Member of Oman Bahrain Friendship Association, Oman-French Friendship Association and Oman-Swiss Friendship Association.

He is a Certified Risk Analyst (CRA) from the American Academy of Financial Management and a Certified Investment Consultant from Citibank Certification Program. He has a wealth of experience that spans over 25 years in financial management with demonstrated skills in credit risk evaluation, strategic planning, developing solid relationships and managing profitable growth while overseeing large portfolios. He holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, USA and completed his Baccalaureate Degree in Management Information System/Business Management from Maryville University, USA.

Mr. Gomes was appointed Director of SOS in March 2026, while serving as Chief Financial Officer of TAQA. Formerly, he held the position of VP & CFO of TAQA Well Solutions Business Group since January 2023. Mr. Gomes is a seasoned professional with over four decades of global experience in financial leadership within the energy services sector.

Prior to TAQA, he was the Group Vice President at Expro for six years, leading the global finance, supply chain and IT functions, following 30 years at Schlumberger Limited holding various senior financial leadership roles across the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, and North America, ultimately leading the global cross-functional shared services organization, driving performance excellence and scalability.

He serves on the Advisory Board of Ideal Capital Management Consultants, an M&A and valuation firm based in Dubai, UAE.

Mr. Gomes is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. He holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, and a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, University of Calcutta.

In March 2023, Mr. Al Ghadhban was appointed Director of SOS while also serving as the Executive Vice President – Ventures & Chief Investment Officer of TAQA. He has over 20 years of experience in portfolio management and finance across oil & gas and manufacturing.

Currently, Mr. Al Ghadhban is tasked with overseeing group Risk and Compliance at TAQA. Additionally, he shapes TAQA's strategy for invested companies.

He holds positions on the boards of various companies including Arabian Geophysical and Surveying Company (ARGAS), TAQA Drilling Solutions, Inc. Canada, and Cougar Drilling Solutions Global, Inc. (Barbados), along with being Chairman of the Board of ALAR and Vice Chairman of JESCO.

Mr. Al Ghadhban's journey includes senior roles at TAQA since joining in 2006, preceded by a tenure at Saudi Aramco's Treasury Department and CFO experience in the health sector. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Denver, US, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Washington State University, US.

In March 2023, Mr. Al Naser was appointed Director of SOS, concurrently serving as the Area Vice President of South Middle East at TAQA. Formerly, he held the role of Executive Vice President of Operations, in the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey (MENAT) region. With over 20 years of experience in the oilfield services sector, he has held senior positions across the globe, including the Middle East, North Africa, Asia, and Australia.

Joining TAQA in 2019 as Executive Director for New Business Development, he led mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and alliances. Previously, he served as Product Line Director for Wireline Services at Baker Hughes in the Asia Pacific Region. His leadership includes roles like Managing Director for Oilfield Services in Australasia for Baker Hughes.

Beginning at Schlumberger as a field engineer, his career covered field operations management, product development, HR management, and geo-market management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UAE University and a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, UK.

Mr. Rajesh Soman is a Chartered Accountant from India with 25 years of regional and international experience possessing broad range of management, operational and strategic skills in managing business operations of large family businesses with international presence.

Rajesh has worked in multiple domains, geographies in C-Suite positions. Currently CFO at Mohsin Haider Darwish, one of the leading well diversified family conglomerates based in Muscat with presence in the Gulf countries.

Mr. Anu Rastogi (CA/ CMA/ SAP consultant) brings 34+ years of progressively responsible experience in complex financial roles requiring exceptional project coordination, problem-solving, and financial governance skills.

Handled all aspects of financial governance as a CFO/ Dy. Director as well as Member/ Director at various Board/ Executive/ Audit Committees.
