Insitu Sensor Calibration & System Validation
We help validate the end-to-end measurements and check the safety logic functionality of the Turbine Supervisory Instrumentation (TSI) and Machine Protection Systems (MPSs) for Plant’s critical Turbomachinery. This should be performed before every machine startup during Plant turnaround in order to ensure that protection systems are indeed protecting the critical Plan machineries.
We could also calibrate all your vibration sensors (Proximity Sensors, Accelerometers, Piezo Velocity Sensors, 4-20mA Sensors etc.) to NIST standards and generate ISO17025 compliant Calibration Certificates, at site. This service helps Plant users to detect and solve sensor & System performance issues and also comply with ISO9001 requirements.
